Jo Hartmann has been a member of the TIE family since 2001. She previously worked as an interim superintendent, principal, and director of curriculum and instruction. Her classroom experience includes 7-12 reading, high school English and vocal music, K-12 music and service as a K-12 reading specialist. Jo is a former South Dakota Teacher of the Year and a past president of the School Administrators of South Dakota.
